When a document is submitted, you will receive a quote within 24 hours.

Upon acceptance of the quote, and once payment is received, your corrected document will be returned to you within 3 days. Additional editing/proofreading time may be required for more extensive documents. An exact time frame will be included in your quote.



The corrections and comments offered by Proof It Write serve as an aid for enhancing your document; however, proofreading is often subjective and you are ultimately the author of your work.  Proof It Write wants you to be satisfied with your final document!


Proof It Write will never sell your email address, personal information, or the work you send us.  Your work will only be read by Proof It Write proofreaders/editors.  Any files you send us will be deleted from our servers upon completion of the job.
